Step 1.

Fill out the 
Pre-Registration Form.

Skip Step 2 if you requested a mailed copy on the Pre-Registration Form

Step 3.

Return Registration and Liability Waiver forms, along with the program fee of $140.00 per student at least two weeks prior to the course date.

If you are registering with less than two weeks before your course date, please fax or e-mail the forms to us ASAP and contact us regarding payment.

Payment can be made in the form of check or money order, and should be made payable to The City of Orlando.

Forms may be returned via mail, e-mail or fax.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policies*:

As a courtesy to our instructors, cancellations MUST be made ONE WEEK prior to the scheduled course. Students who cannot attend their course can be rescheduled for a future class based on availability at no charge- if notification is given one week in advance.

Registrants who do not call to cancel/reschedule and do not attend their course will forfeit registration fees.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

*Exceptions will be made on an individual basis for students with extenuating circumstances.
